Let us tell you that Uttarakhand AYUSH Department has canceled the licenses of 14 products of Patanjali a day before. The court said on this action that it is clear from this that if you want to take action then you do it very fast but when you do not want to take action then it takes years. You took action in the present case in three days but what were you doing for the last several years?

During the hearing, Justice Amanullah asked in a stern tone, “Why did you remain inactive for four years? How will you explain the violation of orders of your own superiors?” Justice Amanullah also asked senior lawyer Dhruv Mehta, who was representing the case on behalf of the Uttarakhand AYUSH Department, “Mr. Mehta, what is your stand as a lawyer? Why did everything remain in limbo? Now in a few days, everything How did it happen?”

The court said, “Within 7-8 days you did everything that you should have done already. You remained inactive for years. Orders of higher authorities to conduct inspections were also violated. Everything for 6 years Why was it in limbo?”

Patanjali’s Drishti Eye Drop to Madhunashini Vati banned, licenses of which products cancelled?

Justice Amanullah also objected to the statement of lawyer Mehta, in which he said that the state government is working on the orders of the court. Justice Amanullah said, you are still shying away from taking responsibility? We strongly object to this. You are making false statements for obvious purposes and have not yet made your stand clear. You cannot use our shoulders.” The court expressed dissatisfaction with the affidavit of the licensing authority and said that such a lax attitude is not appropriate. Along with this, the court also imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on the licensing authority. Gave.

Justice Hima Kohli, the second judge of the division bench, said that we give you time to file the affidavit. He said that we have given opportunity to other people also, we are giving it to you also. On this Mehta said that he will submit the affidavit within 8 to 10 days. To this the bench said, “We are not in a hurry.” The bench also strongly reprimanded Mithilesh Kumar, Joint Director of Uttarakhand AYUSH Department and asked what action have you taken in the last nine months? File an affidavit for this also. After that, don’t say that we were not given a chance.
