Bengaluru, April 15: BJP has promised three more bullet train corridors in the country besides expanding the reach of new generation trains, according to a manifesto released by the BJP.
Launching the BJP's Lok Sabha manifesto, Narendra Modi said that work on the first corridor connecting Ahmedabad to Mumbai has been started and the survey work of these three corridors will start soon.
“We have constructed the country's first bullet train corridor. Based on the experience gained so far, we will initiate a feasibility study for bullet train corridors in North, South and East India,” the BJP manifesto said.
