‘Aapka Ram Rajya’: AAP launches website on Ram Navami to showcase party’s work ahead of polls | India News

New Delhi: With the festive spirit of Ram Navami and preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in full swing, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday launched the “Aap Ka Ram Rajya” website, which aims to recognize the party’s efforts inspired by the party’s principles. Utopia highlights the development work undertaken especially in Delhi and Punjab. Prominent AAP leaders including Sanjay Singh, Atishi, Saurabh Bhardwaj and Jasmine Shah officially introduced the website to the public at a joint press conference in the national capital.

AAP MP Sanjay Singh highlighted the substantial achievements of the AAP-led governments in Delhi and Punjab, asserting that their exemplary work has won recognition from nations across the globe. He emphasized Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s pivotal role in realizing the vision of ‘Rama Rajya’ in Delhi and reiterated the party’s commitment to translate this vision into tangible reality.

“On the occasion of Ram Navami, we are launching ‘AAP ka Ram Rajya’ website. Arvind Kejriwal has done a wonderful job to realize the dream of ‘Rama Rajya’ in Delhi and set an example to the world,” the AAP leader said. He said.

“In these 10 years we have not only formed the government three times in Delhi but also formed the government in Punjab with an overwhelming majority. The Kejriwal government in Delhi and the Bhagwant Mann government in Punjab have done such a thing, examples of which are being given. Even though the nations of the world do many things today, we are the only state with a profitable budget that we are determined to fulfill our vision of Utopia.

Atishi highlights the struggles and aspirations

AAP leader and Delhi Minister Atishi drew parallels between the struggles faced by Lord Rama in establishing Utopia and the challenges Kejriwal faced in fulfilling his promises to the people of Delhi and Punjab. He emphasized Kejriwal’s unwavering dedication over the past nine years, comparing it to Lord Rama’s steadfastness during his exile.

“Inspired by Rama Charit Manas, Kejriwal ji said that he has been working for the past 9 years to fulfill his promises to the people of Delhi and Punjab. Lord Rama had to face a struggle to fulfill the utopia. He went into exile for 14 years but did not break his promise, but Kejriwal had to face a similar struggle.

Furthermore, Atishi emphasized the importance of launching a website as a means of demonstrating the transformative impact of intelligent voting. By showcasing the developmental progress made in Delhi and Punjab, the initiative aims to inspire citizens to make informed electoral choices for a better future. “He (Kejriwal) sends messages from jail, asking whether the water, electricity and health facilities in Delhi are good or not. Kejriwal considers the two crore people of Delhi as his family. The work we have done in Delhi and Punjab is being shown to the entire country through the website ‘Aapka Ram Rajya’ so that the country’s People can tell how their lives will change if they vote in the right place,” he said.

AAP’s attempt with ‘Rama Rajya’

This initiative underscores AAP’s long association with the politics of utopia. Earlier this year, at the inauguration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, AAP convener Kejriwal reiterated the party’s commitment to the principles of Utopia, a guiding principle for governance.

The resonance of Utopia principles is further evident in the Delhi government’s budget plan for the financial year 2024-25. Finance Minister Atishi presented the budget aligned with the vision of a “Rama Rajya”, emphasizing its role in achieving the party’s overall goals.
