If you forget your password, click “Forgot password” in the pre-login screen of the Personal Net Banking page. Fill the required details enter the OTP sent to your mobile number registered with the bank and authenticate through your debit card, Aadhaar OTP or answer security questions to reset your password.
ನೀವು ಉಜ್ಜೀವನ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ mobile ನಲ್ಲಿ ujjivan application ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲವದಲ್ಲಿ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು playstore ಮೂಲಕ download ಮಾಡಿ , ನಿಮಗೆ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಮೂಲಕ ಮೊದಲೇ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವೆ.

ಮೊದಲು ನಿಮ್ಮ app open ಮಾಡಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗೆ forgot password ಎನ್ನುವ options ಇದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು click ಮಾಡಿ.

ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ customer id number enter ಮಾಡಿ ನಂತರ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ account ಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ mobile number enter ಮಾಡಿ.
terms and conditions ಗೆ agree ಮಾಡಿ 2 tick mark select ಮಾಡಿ proceed option click ಮಾಡಿ.

ನಿಮ್ಮ mobile number ಗೆ otp ಬರುವುದು ಅದನ್ನು enter ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. confirm ಮೇಲೆ click ಮಾಡಬೇಕು..

ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗೆ authentication mode ಕೇಳುತ್ತದೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಯಾವುದರ ಮೂಖಾಂತರ password reset ಮಾಡುವಿರಾ? ಎಂದು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಆಧಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು debit card option ಇದೆ.
debit card select ಮಾಡಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ expire date and cvv enter ಮಾಡಬೇಕು
step 5
ನಂತರ ನಮಗೆ ಹೊಸ mpin set ಮಾಡಲು ಕೇಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡೂ ಬಾರಿ ಹೊಸ mpin enter ಮಾಡಬೇಕು..
